With the Elite level, I coach clients with aggressive goals which requires constant communication. Macros are modified as needed. Macros are based on many factors such as current fitness level, age, weight, and current food intake, goals etc. We stay in constant communication to monitor progress. Regardless of goals, some like this level of guidance because it holds them more accountable on a day to day basis. The monthly fee is $78
This level is very laid back . Flexible dieting is key here. Check in is once a week with me via email. The monthly fee for this level is $50.
I always suggest changing your food and your strength training every 4 weeks. Even if you are a tri-athlete, marathon runner, avid gym goer, or bodybuilder, strength training is a crucial part of your nutrition. This is something I can assist with as well.

Strength & Conditioning
My training certification is through PICP (Poliquin International Certification Program). It was a combination of didactic study and practical application. In order to pass I had to go to RI to complete my practical. What makes my certification unique is that we focused on all the strength qualities(relative strength, functional hypertrophy, hypertrophy & strength endurance..) and the scientific basis in training with these loading paramaters: tempo, sets, rest periods, periodization.
Sounds like a mouthful right? Well to sum it up.. You want to train for a specific sport? I can help.. Each sport has certain parameters in programming and I do this for several clients.
How I Can Help
Custom programs are written for each persons goals. One-on-one personal training is the fastest route to your success. You get personalized treatment during your session without interruptions; it’s just you and me. Goals of one on one personal training may range from muscle building, fat loss/weight loss, building strength and stamina, to simply just to get in better shape. Whatever your objective of training is, my goal is to get you there as safe and as quickly as possible. If group training is more your style, I do offer these sessions on Saturday mornings.
